COMEDY IS HARD!
A Look Into the Rehearsal Process

November 29, 2014 (6:30 PM)

Legend has it that renowned actor Edmund Kean’s final words were, “Dying is easy. Comedy is hard.” If true, farce is off the charts!

The Waterfront’s 75th season begins with one of the best farces ever written — Noises Off by Michael Frayn. Precision timing, lightning speed, intricate choreography and slamming doors are all part of this challenging and hilarious play. Director Danny Weathers will give participants a sneak peek into the rehearsal process of Noises Off.

There will also be a Q & A with the director, actors and design team to answer questions about performing in comedies.

TICKETS ARE FREE BUT RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED AND SEATING IS LIMITED

Click on “Buy Tickets” to reserve a free seat or call the box office at 305-294-5015.
