Mary T. O’Connor has performed stand up in Manhattan comedy clubs and was the resident Aquatic Comedian at Manhattan Plaza pool until a near drowning after executing a perfect flip into the pool  while wearing a full length gown.

As an architect, she redesigned existing spaces to become theaters including Bay Street Theater, Abingdon Theater, Cornelia Connelly and Nightlight Cinema.  She designed and supervised the total new construction of a theater and arts building for Stairway Foundation in Mindoro, The Philippines while living in a thatched room hut.
