Waterfront Playhouse Debut! Also, a cherished creative reunion with Tom Thayer, John McDonald and Leslie Greene with whom Maggie has performed some of her favorite stage roles: Honey in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Kate in The Taming of the Shrew, and Isabel in the world premiere of The Magnificent Ambersons. She is overjoyed to join them and you here in Key West to celebrate live theatre again, especially after doing six innovative new plays on Zoom in recent years. At home on stage and screen, she is a recognizable face from television (DexterThe UnitThe Young and the Restless), dozens of commercials (Ford, Tylenol, Pizza Hut), and she won a ConCarolinas Best Actress award for the short film Killing Time. In Los Angeles, Maggie helms the indie production company Harbinger Moon Media with her husband writer-director Hamish McCollester. Internationally recognized for their inventive short film Movie Night featured on ShortsTV (view at harbingermoonmedia.com), the team’s highly anticipated next project, a thriller feature, is currently in postproduction.
