Ambassador Amy Bondurant (Ret’d) was the first woman appointed as U.S. Ambassador to the Organization of Economic, Cooperation and Development located in Paris, France, where she spearheaded efforts to adopt Global Corporate Governance Standards and the implementation of the Anticorruption Convention. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation.

She was the first female member of the Executive Committee of a major Washington, D.C. law firm (Verner Liipfert) and the Chair of the Department of Transportation Advisory Committee on Commercial Space Launch. She was also the first female member of the Board of Rolls-Royce, PLC in London, England.

In her non-profit and charitable work, she serves on the Honorary Board of the American Hospital of Paris and the Foundation Board of the American Cathedral of Paris. She was Chair of the Governance Committee of the Hillwood Museum in Washington, DC, and currently serves on Hillwood’s International Advisory Group.
