Linda Bernhard was thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Rich Simone here at The Waterfront Playhouse in The New Century. Previous collaborations with Rich include Prelude to a Kiss and Steel Magnolias (Shores Performing Arts Theatre) and Easy Come (Waterfront Playhouse, Key West Theatre Festival). Nominated for two Carbonell awards (“Best Actress in a Play,” Playhouse Creatures and “Best Supporting Actress in a Play,” Sister Cities – The Womens’ Theatre Project), she is also honored to have been awarded “Best Actress in a Comedy” by the Miami New Times for her performance in Hay Fever (Hollywood Boulevard Theatre). A member of Actors’ Equity Association, SAG and AFTRA, she has appeared in Florida theatres from Palm Beach to Key West including Actors Playhouse, Area Stage, Caldwell Theatre, GableStage, Key West Theatre Festival, Mosaic Theatre, New Theatre, Playground Theatre, Royal Poinciana Playhouse, Stage Door Theatre, The Women’s Theatre Project and others. She is a former member of New York’s LAByrinth Theatre Company and The Actors Gym. Thanks to Rich and Danny for making this dream come true!
