Barbara Wallace Wolfe

Barbara Wallace Wolfe (Charlotte Sanders) is pleased to be making her Waterfront Playhouse Debut. In fact, she is pleased to be returning to the stage after an extended hiatus. For over twenty years, she has lived the part of Charlotte: she has been a playwright and television writer, writing with her husband, Thomas Wolfe. As an actor, she appeared in I Am a Camera and In My Mother’s House, both at the American Jewish Theatre in Chicago. She has also appeared in four Second City Revues, including two Mainstage shows, and has performed original stories in a variety of venues. She has directed shows for the Second City and for the Aspen Comedy Festival and periodically serves as an adjunct professor of television writing at Northwestern University. Sheand Tom Wolfe are married, have two grown children, and live in Evanston, Illinois.
