Ellen Grace Diehl

Ellen Grace Diehl (vocalist) is an NYC-based actor and teaching artist. She is delighted to return to the musical theatre genre in this gorgeous production and to make her Waterfront Playhouse debut! After receiving her Master’s of Fine Arts in Acting from Case Western Reserve University and the Tony Award-Winning Cleveland Play House, Ellen has performed regionally at Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Florida Studio Theatre, and Alabama Shakespeare Festival, where she will be returning this Spring to play Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing. Her one-woman show, Singin’ in a Rainstorm, swept the awards last year at the New York Theatre Festival, winning Best Actress, Best Singer, and Best Short Production. The show will be produced by NYC’s 54 Below this February, 2026. Ellen is a college and grad school audition coach as well as a dance teacher and choreographer. Member of Actor’s Equity Association. More at www.ellengracediehl.com or @ellengracediehl on IG. Her performance is dedicated as always to her grandparents, Bill and Peg, but especially to Bill, who would always ask: “when are you going to do a show with songs that people know?” He would have loved this.
