“LET IT GO!”….. Frozen, jr. coming to the Waterfront Playhouse

You will be singing “Let It Go” with the cast when The Waterfront Playhouse’s youth theatre presents Disney’s Frozen! Performances are at 7pm Friday and Saturday June 10 and 11 with a 2pm matinee on Saturday June 11 as well.

The Waterfront Youth Theatre began 4 years ago with a sold out production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat followed by Shrek the musical. Disney’s Frozen, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez and book by Jennifer Lee is based on the Disney film written by Jennifer Lee and directed by Chris Buck & Jennifer Lee. It follows the paths of two sisters Elsa and Anna played by Jillian Todd and Meghan Barter.

Waterfront Artistic Director Tom Thayer will direct, design is by Michael Boyer, choreography by Penny Leto and Jillian Todd, lighting by George Cannon, and costumes by Debby Dowlen.

The cast includes Match May (Young Anna), Arrow May (Young Elsa) Ervin Tumm (Pabbie), Karissa Pate (Bulda), Juju Strunk (Olaf),Iain Wilcox (King, Hans), Dianna Holliman (Kristoff), Ruby Stover-Sickman (Sven), Eden McKenzie (Queen), Aaliyah Dochow (Oaken), Mia Cawley (Wellseton) and Juju Strunk, Samantha Torna, Emily Pucuhuaranga, Anna McKenzie, and Lela Griffin in the ensemble.

COVID-19 Policy

Following the lead of New York’s Broadway League, the Waterfront Playhouse will no longer be requiring written proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination. Masks are still suggested.
